Glynllifon Mansion is a big house in North Wales. In pretty nice condition, but I think it's not used as much as it ought to be, so it was good to see a ball like this taking place. It was a masqued ball, with a theme of fairies and woodland creatures. I gutted a fox head I happened to have around the place and stuck it on my head. It's a fair hike up to the top left corner of Wales, so we were glad that Arfon and Beth live nearby and we could spend the weekend with them too.
